Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the I4.0 product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and manufacturing strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, data science, operations) to deliver integrated smart manufacturing solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from end users and stakeholders, developing business cases and proposing high-ROI projects.
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications for data science, technical solution, and IT teams, and vice versa.
- Collaborate with global teams to deploy and maintain data science solutions in production environments, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for interactive data visualization to explain insights from analytic models.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups based on business requirements and user feedback.
- Document artifacts related to software development, design, test cases, and releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in smart manufacturing, process engineering, or similar operations with proven I4.0 project delivery.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and global teams across management levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in web development (Angular, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML) and BI tools (Tableau, Power Platform).
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts including ETL, data warehousing, SQL, and database management systems (e.g., Snowflake).
- Experience with APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and Agile development processes.
