Key Responsibilities
- Lead network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize deployed capital.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Business-related/quantitative field (Finance, Economics, or similar).
- Proven experience turning sophisticated and ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions within a highly multi-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently while maintaining high organization, control, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data to draw conclusions, define recommended actions, and report findings to diverse technical and non-technical groups.
- Proven experience working in teams and establishing/maintaining strong multi-functional relationships.
- Experience combining capacity analysis, business analysis, or process analysis.
