Key Responsibilities
- Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to achieve deviation reduction and continual improvement.
- Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to maintain inline and outgoing control meeting customer quality requirements.
- Monitor and track the status of corrective action, prevention action, and lesson learned fanout.
- Use automation tools to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics.
- Establish standard operating procedures for quality-related monitoring.
- Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment.
- Ability to work on a 12-hour rotating shift (including night shift).
- Excellent documentation and procedural development skills.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality.
