Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 IT Operational support to production support teams including weekends and holidays.
• Incident Management and Reporting Recovery coordinator for involving the right parties and recording of chronological events Point of escalation for support staff or management Review all daily activities and ensure completion of shift duties for each team and proper handover Monitoring and recovery of batch jobs Perform health checks and alert management.
• Consolidate and analyse management reports for presentation.
• Implement continuous improvements through automation tools, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles.
