Key Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt training plans for production areas, ensuring objectives are met.
- Analyze training reports and forecast staffing/training needs based on business priorities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging training content.
- Develop and maintain On-The-Job Training (OJT) resources, ensuring materials are current and accessible.
- Curate the new hire onboarding program and provide training support for effective technical integration.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned development programs.
- Document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend interventions for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members through regular feedback, career development discussions, and one-on-one meetings.
- Advise team members on career paths and support performance management processes, including appraisal and recognition.
