Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainability by leading EHS incident response and overseeing energy, water, and waste reduction initiatives aligned with LEED and ISO 50001 standards.
  • Apply innovative facility practices and industry best standards to drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of facilities management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Engineering, Sciences, or Operations Management.
  • Proven experience in Operations, Engineering, Program Management, or Facilities Management.
  • Strong ability to interact with diverse groups and maintain effective relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to negotiate differences while optimizing divisional goals.
