Key Responsibilities

Support workshops to capture current and target state processes across distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.
Document workflows using Visio or similar tools, maintaining clear traceability from requirements through testing.
Create structured business requirements, use cases, and functional documentation aligned with global standards and APAC needs.
Conduct data-driven impact analysis using SQL, Excel, or Tableau to perform data validation and testing.
Coordinate and support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-offs in collaboration with global teams.
Participate in global and regional program reviews, design sessions, and validation meetings with cross-functional teams.
Support data validation, impact assessments, and contribute to reports/dashboards for go-live readiness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement roles.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion preferred) including data extraction, query running, and transaction validation.
Proven understanding of Distribution, Logistics, Fulfillment, or Trade Compliance operations within the APAC context.
Proven experience facilitating workshops and developing clear, structured documentation (e.g., Visio).
Proven ability to interpret ERP process flows, master data structures, and transactional logs for troubleshooting.
Experience supporting UAT and process validation in complex or regulated environments.
Strong communication skills across diverse cultural and stakeholder groups.
