Key Responsibilities
- Analyze yield data, Wafer Fabrication (Fab) processes, and their effects/signatures on yield/device.
- Communicate process/tool-related yield toggles to Fab process areas and support them in fixing issues.
- Collaborate with internal Yield Enhancement (YE) groups to understand constraints and contribute to multi-area focus teams on sophisticated yield problems.
- Publish a clear Pareto of yield limiters for specific part types.
- Support the transfer of next-generation technology from Research & Development to production Fab when necessary.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
