Key Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems including nonconforming material management (MRB), internal audits, and quality event handling using structured problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Cause Map).
Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to monitor fab quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Lead MRB meetings to conduct in-depth risk assessments, identify impacted lots, and drive sustainable corrective/preventive actions.
Perform internal audits of systems and processes to verify compliance and use audit outcomes to drive continual improvement across the fab.
Support new technology transfer by setting up outgoing quality control (OQC) process flows, benchmarking with sending plants, and managing recipe, control plans, inspection methods, DOLI management, and authorized rework.

Requirements

Degree in Materials Engineering, Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with quality systems (e.g., 8D, MRB, internal audits, QMS procedures, control plans, SPC, FMEA) in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of structured problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Cause Map).
Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and POWER BI.
Understanding or certification of Quality Systems such as VDA 6.3, IATF 16949.
Basic knowledge of semiconductor front-end manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and self-driven with minimal supervision.
