Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and compile WSH performance data, including APIP-related safety indicators, and prepare reports for management review.
- Support the review of Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Risk Assessments (RAs) to ensure alignment with safety standards.
- Participate in incident investigations, including fact-finding, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001), and SMRT corporate policies.
- Serve as an administrator for the CCL safety reporting application, managing case reports and tracking performance.
- Support the delivery of the CCL L1 SSQC Audit Work Plan and conduct periodic safety audits.
- Assist in preparing for and supporting the Annual Integrated Management System (IMS) audit.
- Assist in fire safety inspections, drills, and regulatory compliance checks.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant WSH experience.
