Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and solution design within project logistics or heavy-lift shipping.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving commercial targets in a regional role.
- Deep understanding of project logistics, including breakbulk, heavy-lift, and multimodal transport.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop profitable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate customer needs into viable solutions.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Asia Pacific.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian language is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.
