Key Responsibilities

  • Track Design Acceptance Request submissions, approvals, and comments through to final transmittal.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
  • Attend project meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure closure.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related field experience (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in project coordination.
  • Understanding of the 'Life Cycle' of a government project.
