Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test programs for Micron SSD products in high volume manufacturing to ensure specification compliance.
- Design new test programs during the start-up phase for validation and testing of new SSD products/technology.
- Optimize test programs and methodologies to reduce product test times.
- Automate test engineering processes by writing software scripts to improve efficiency.
- Enhance test coverage to ensure best-in-class outgoing quality.
- Collaborate with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yields and equipment efficiency.
- Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of test processes.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python programming with enthusiasm for code development and improvement.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills suitable for test and manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of engineering workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Git.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Agility to manage and execute prioritized action items from tactical and strategic perspectives.
