Key Responsibilities
- Drive best-in-class (BIC) Yield ramping in collaboration with FAB teams.
- Develop strategic Process Integration tools, systems, methodologies, and roadmaps in partnership with key business units to meet business expectations.
- Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical group deliverables to the business, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Provide direct leadership on critical group deliverables and escalated performance items to remove barriers and apply correct resources.
- Establish clear direction, performance goals, and job profiles for all team members.
- Drive accountability through clear communication, informal feedback, effective project management, and metrics usage.
- Ensure structured and motivating communications flow from leadership to team members regarding strategic objectives and company status.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in Central Product Integration Engineering (CPIE) for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM).
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Experience managing product maturity within defined schedules while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong background in process integration and yield improvement processes.
- Ability to manage performance goals, balancing task-related versus results-driven objectives.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams across different geographical locations.
