Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product marketing strategy across the full product lifecycle (launch, growth, optimization, phase-out).

  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regional/Global Marketing teams.

  • Coordinate with external partners (agencies, distributors, industry platforms) when needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally B2B.
  • Exposure to electrical, wiring devices, building materials, industrial products, or a closely related industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the 4Ps of marketing.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to commercial results.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills in a matrix or cross-functional environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and changing environment.
  • Prior sales experience or significant sales collaboration exposure.
  • Experience working with distribution channels and project-based markets.
  • Regional exposure across Southeast Asia.
