Key Responsibilities
- Configure and sustain Applied E3 Process Control systems, including models, alarms, and data health.

- Lead the SPC lifecycle, including variable selection, chart setup, limits definition, and health reviews.

- Support MES and MAM logic, events, data collection, and equipment states.
- Track key metrics such as OOC rate, false alarms, FDC coverage, and system reliability.
- Perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and automate tasks using SQL or Python scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of SPC concepts and capability indices (OOC vs. OOS).
- Experience owning E3 models and SPACE SPC frameworks.
- Familiarity with FDC/OCAP in Assembly & Test or Frontend facilities.
- Experience with at least one Micron system: Applied E3 FDC/R2R, SPACE SPC, SECS/GEM, MES/MESCentral, RMS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (SQL, Python) and process/equipment data interpretation.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of cross-level collaboration.
