Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Work with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting requisitions
- Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
- Pre-screen resumes and partner with Hiring Managers in interviews, documenting candidate evaluation and interview processes
- Negotiate and/or support Hiring Managers in developing new hire compensation packages/offers
- Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
- Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment and maintains high confidentiality
- Good time management, follow through, and ability to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous in work
