Key Responsibilities
- Support global projects related to lead and opportunity routing, contributing ideas to improve how leads are assigned and managed.
- Help map and analyze routing logic to identify patterns, similarities, and opportunities for simplification or improvement.
- Conduct internal research on AI-driven initiatives (e.g. AI-based lead qualification) to support project teams with insights on relevant features and capabilities.
- Assist with data reporting and analysis to track commercial impact and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the creation and maintenance of Lead Excellence content for internal platforms used by Sales and Marketing teams.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of Marketing Intel, a global marketing planning and intelligence platform.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Management/ Analytics/ Operations or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and synthesize insights.
- Comfortable working with data, presentations, and documentation (Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent).
- Clear communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
- Proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving, transformation-driven environment.
- Able to work independently and asynchronously, with strong ownership of deliverables.
- Curiosity about AI-driven business transformation, including how automation and intelligent tools can improve lead management, sales effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Experience in CRM systems.
- Experience in Sales-Marketing processes.
