Key Responsibilities

  • Support global projects related to lead and opportunity routing, contributing ideas to improve how leads are assigned and managed.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Management/ Analytics/ Operations or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and synthesize insights.
  • Comfortable working with data, presentations, and documentation (Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent).
  • Clear communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving, transformation-driven environment.
  • Able to work independently and asynchronously, with strong ownership of deliverables.
  • Curiosity about AI-driven business transformation, including how automation and intelligent tools can improve lead management, sales effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Experience in CRM systems.
  • Experience in Sales-Marketing processes.
