Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product architects in early definition stage to understand and define Test strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with silicon design, product & test, and packaging teams to architect & define test solutions for silicon photonics at wafer sort, die-level, and CPO-level
  • Collaborate with design, packaging, and key suppliers to understand structural and parametric mechanisms for performance, yield, reliability, and quality issues
  • Interface with suppliers to provide technical inputs & test requirements to enable production-worthy end-to-end solutions
  • Responsible for identifying & mitigating test challenges and executing large technical projects and processes in a timely manner
  • Design Optical Test and work with external vendors to develop the eco-system

Requirements

  • Prior experience developing photonics coupler assembly, test, DFM
  • Optical interconnects and silicon photonics experiences
  • Familiar with general test & manufacturing of silicon photonics
  • Experiences in semiconductor technology development role and experiences working with manufacturing partners such as suppliers, OSATs and foundry partners
  • Hands on leadership experience driving cross-functional teams
  • Proven track of leading technology qualification for advanced data-center products
  • BS/MS/PhD in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
