Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering studies including good design practice, capacity analysis, and compliance planning for state-of-the-art systems.
- Maintain engineering databases supporting capacity tracking, capital equipment facilitation, and cash flow project management for assigned systems.
- Specify critical components for design projects, ensuring all designs meet applicable codes and regulations (IFC, IBC, NEC, NFPA, FM, CGA, Semi).
- Perform engineering studies on emerging facilities technologies to support cutting-edge semiconductor processes.
- Support the startup of new equipment, ensuring proper interfacing with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Work with in-house TGCM contractors to ensure chemical and gas delivery systems run smoothly.
- Review and improve Operation and Maintenance SOPs and Risk Assessments (RA).
- Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with in-house TGCM contractors and OEMs.
- Verify all Chemical and Gas section works comply with company safety guidelines and ensure safety features are engineered into designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Chemical & Gas Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
