Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external audits, including BCP processes and compliance checks
  • Manage scrap processes (local and overseas) to meet regulatory and recovery standards
  • Support system enhancement testing and perform user buy‑off for new features

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations
  • At least 4 years in a manager role within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor logistic, including handling of chips, and sensitive electronic components
  • Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with cleanroom logistic and ESD-safe practices
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with global logistic, customs compliance, and trade regulations is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment
