Key Responsibilities
- Review daily forecast and demand across various warehouses to ensure optimal capacity planning
- Drive smooth daily operations, manage escalations, and ensure business continuity
- Maintain and improve operational processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Ensure Distribution Centre (DC) KPIs are consistently met with proactive mitigation actions
- Plan and manage annual Opex and Capex budgets for management review
- Review monthly DC billing and KPI reports for accuracy before Finance submission
- Summarize quarterly shipment data and support financial reporting cycles
- Submit NEA recycling and packaging consumption reports in alignment with local regulations
- Consolidate and submit annual external audit cycle count requirements
- Support internal and external audits, including BCP processes and compliance checks
- Manage scrap processes (local and overseas) to meet regulatory and recovery standards
- Support system enhancement testing and perform user buy‑off for new features
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- 7 years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations
- At least 4 years in a manager role within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector
- Deep understanding of semiconductor logistic, including handling of chips, and sensitive electronic components
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with cleanroom logistic and ESD-safe practices
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Experience with global logistic, customs compliance, and trade regulations is a plus
