Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations with 3PL providers and internal Micron teams regarding inventory and packaging materials to meet critical business metrics.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on FG operations, inventory management, and relevant SAP modules.

  • Maintain up-to-date operational procedures and conduct internal audits.
  • Manage direct reports' work performance, including goal setting, training assignment, and performance appraisals.

Requirements

  • Degree in any field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, specifically within the FG domain (SD, MM, WM, or EWM modules).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with all management levels and external partners.
  • Proven ability to be a strategic problem solver driving operational excellence while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Capable of interpreting complex procedures, exercising sound judgment, and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with proven problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
