Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of RDA equipment applications and recipe setup flows to reduce Time-to-Recipe (TTR), improve repeatability, and enhance data quality.
- Support cost-saving and productivity initiatives by leveraging best-known methods (BKM), recipe reuse, and workflow optimization across RDA toolsets.
- Support tool recovery activities to restore availability and performance following tool downs, upgrades, or excursions.
- Manage hardware-related logistics including tool access, scheduling, and cross-team coordination to minimize impact on RDA lot execution.
- Support the smooth operations of RAM lots and tools, including optimizing RAM tool performance and completing cost-saving projects.
- Manage lot disposition and tool operations to ensure accurate completion of lot measurements without quality issues or errors.
- Collaborate with teams like HVM RAM to align on metrology and RDA processes, ensuring actions meet specifications.
- Coordinate and conduct training or briefings for the operations team on procedures, BKM, or any communicated changes.
- Track operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement efforts for metrology and RDA processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nano-optoelectronics, or Material Science.
- 2-3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, especially in RDA.
- Proficiency with RDA tools including DF, Macro, SEM, E-beam, XRT, and SAM.
- Proven experience in tools and recipes optimization.
- Willingness to work shifts (day or night, including weekends).
