Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) and Sales and Operations Execution (SNOE) processes.
- Own the Local Capacity Requirement Planning (LCRP) systems and their integration across EWS steps.
- Serve as the capacity guardian for EWS, maintaining sustaining governance frameworks and managing capacity disputes.
- Monitor and support critical ramp-up activities at the organizational level.
- Provide timely, accurate recommendations to support plant operations and strategic decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to optimize resource utilization by establishing and enforcing manufacturing standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing excellence, including space utilization, equipment performance, and direct labor productivity enhancements.
- Champion the deployment and sustainment of Lean principles across all Back End and EWS organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering.
- Specific experience within Semiconductor back-end manufacturing environments is required.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices.
- Proven ability to lead capacity planning and resource optimization efforts.
