Key Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly/daily production schedules and output plans to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD), considering inventory availability, capacity constraints, cycle time, yield, and other operational factors.
- Kick start the manufacturing process by kitting wafers using MAM and SAP systems.
- Track plan misses and create recovery/backfill plans for subsequent weeks, calling out risks with root cause and mitigation.
- Drive daily/weekly commit reviews with GSC, Central Planning, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure actions are assigned and followed through.
- Escalate critical risks with data-backed impact assessments and recommend mitigation paths.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by simplifying planning processes or automating reports/dashboards in Tableau/Excel.
Requirements
- Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer engineering, or a relevant field.
