  • Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why) and drive corrective actions.
  • Oversee capacity tracking and long-range planning for mechanical systems to support fab growth and technology transitions.
  • Lead cleanroom and utility system expansion projects from concept through execution, including reviewing cost and schedule estimates.
  • Drive strategic initiatives focused on energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction aligned with sustainability objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering within a high-tech manufacturing environment is required.
  • Expert knowledge of cleanroom HVAC and associated utility systems (Chilled water, Process Cooling Water, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex system commissioning and operational phases.
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5-Why).
  • Strong commitment to EHS compliance and operational discipline.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering talent.
