Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers optimize advanced technologies across multiple domains

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and applications
- Strong experience in application/technical support across food, environmental, pharma, or academic sectors
- Proven involvement in pre-sales activities (presentations, system configuration, proposals, tenders)
- Hands-on expertise in instrument demos, sample analysis, method development, and validation
- Experience in customer training, field support, and technical troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve instrument/analytical issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional/commercial teams
- Solid understanding of LC-MS/MS technologies, workflows, and industry standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scientific/data analysis software
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willing to travel (25–50%)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
