Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field

Proven involvement in pre-sales activities (presentations, system configuration, proposals, tenders)
Hands-on expertise in instrument demos, sample analysis, method development, and validation
Experience in customer training, field support, and technical troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve instrument/analytical issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional/commercial teams
Solid understanding of LC-MS/MS technologies, workflows, and industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scientific/data analysis software
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Willing to travel (25–50%)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
