Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve PAC business processes, continual improvement projects, and BKM alignment.
- Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap toward achieving area objectives.
- Review current Micron Site PAC performance, identify gaps, and drive opportunities to achieve BIC performance.
- Lead PAC alignment and improvement efforts to meet Micron PAC objectives, defining requirements based on technical assessment.
- Drive continuous improvement across multiple aspects including safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, and sustainability.
- Engage with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives to achieve BIC PAC performance.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant wafer fab experience, preferably with PAC exposure.
- Proven project management experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Willingness to travel is required.
