Key Responsibilities
- Assess outsourcing capacity against Demand Forecast (S&OP) plans for assigned portfolio.
- Drive alignment on consignment materials and act as the central liaison among internal teams, material suppliers, and OSAT partners.
- Manage end-to-end administrative cycle by creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP.
- Analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data and proactively communicate demand changes or schedule adjustments to OSAT partners.
- Monitor inventory movements and lead month-end closing processes to ensure physical stock accuracy.
- Validate and process subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and actual material usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong technical knowledge of Semiconductor Packaging & Test processes and planning.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
- Highly driven, able to perform under tight deadlines with accountability.
- Effective team player with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
