Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HBM program requirements and success criteria document (SCD) definition, Commit Convergence, and Engineering Commit Review (ECR).

  • Connect global teams across Micron to establish effective and efficient working models.

  • Mentor team members through coaching, performance evaluations, recognition, and driving accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated ability in Product, Design, Yield Enhancement, or related engineering fields.
  • Proven management/leadership experience within the technical field.
  • Capability to lead urgent, broad, cross-functional technical issues to closure with creative solutions.
  • Experience in direct reporting and matrix management, leading a distributed team.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to make decisions on sophisticated technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for high-level reviews with leadership.
