Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate track access during non-revenue hours and check platforms for spills after the last train.

Requirements

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC in an Engineering discipline.
  • Ability to perform 3 rotating shift work based on a duty roster.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask when responding to dynamic station operation requirements.
