Key Responsibilities

- Perform opening and closing procedures for the station according to the timetable, including equipment checks.
- Facilitate track access during non-revenue hours and check platforms for spills after the last train.
Requirements
- NITEC/Higher NITEC in an Engineering discipline.
- Ability to perform 3 rotating shift work based on a duty roster.
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to multitask when responding to dynamic station operation requirements.
