Key Responsibilities

- Support audits and establish metrics to track adoption rate and compliance with business processes and BKM.
- Provide tactical support and coordination for Fabs regarding People, Safety, Time to Mature cumulative Yield, Quality, Cost, and Cycle Time issues.
- Communicate clearly and present strategies and updates to network members and leaders.
Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's in Engineering
- Relevant working experiences in RDA and/or Metrology
- Good communication skills to maintain relationships across functional areas (Process Integration Engineering, Quality Systems, Production Operations Management).
- Willingness and capability for international travel, including Extended International Business Travel (EIBT) up to 6 months as needed.
- Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge.
