Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Presales Engineers with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of demonstration environments and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for Thales cybersecurity products (e.g., Data Protection, Access Management, Hardware Security Modules).
- Create, standardize, and update technical assets, including product presentations, solution briefs, competitive analysis summaries, and technical training materials for internal teams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of technical responses for RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information), ensuring clear and accurate communication of Thales product capabilities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging cybersecurity threats to help the team better position Thales solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations alongside senior Presales Engineers, observing and eventually assisting in the articulation of technical value.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable interest and foundational knowledge in networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and general cybersecurity concepts (e.g., encryption, access control, key management).
- Highly organized, proactive, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a distributed, regional team.
