Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and troubleshoot mechanical system issues causing production interruptions.
  • Plan, design, and lead Cleanroom Facilities mechanical system expansion projects to support future technology demands.
  • Identify and evaluate advanced technologies for implementation on Mechanical systems to reduce electricity, waste, or water consumption.
  • Perform capacity tracking and planning for all mechanical systems.
  • Enforce company environmental, safety, health policies, SOPs, and quality standards during all work execution.

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressed air, and cleanroom air systems.
  • Drive system reliability improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and minimize interruptions.
  • Track and monitor equipment spare parts and consumable inventory.
  • Handle procurement tasks using ARIBA/SAP for services and parts needed to maintain Facilities Mechanical Systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Facilities experience.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in applying problem-solving and data analysis methodologies.
  • Considerable knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and installation work.
  • Design and Engineering background in mechanical systems such as Chiller plant, Exhaust, & Compressed Dry air.
  • Proficiency in quality tools like 8D and 5 WHY analysis for incident investigation.
  • Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, single-line drawings, and system documentation.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel VBA.
