Key Responsibilities
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
- Drive efforts between Test Key Equipment Group (KEG) and Sites for new technology integration and issues resolution.
- Coordinate global continuous improvement efforts for manufacturing/equipment processes to deliver industry best in class (BIC) methods.
- Drive the deployment of Best Known Process Methods (BKMs) and the latest process technology throughout the global manufacturing network.
- Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, developing systems to optimize for improved yield, quality, cycle time, and cost.
- Manage projects from definition through first of kind deployment into High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) production.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet speed performance, mechanical form/fit/function, and material interface requirements.
- Identify deviation origins, isolate causes, and provide solutions using systematic application of 8D, Total Process Control (TPC), Problem Solving, and Decision Making.
