Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
- Conduct real-time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violations to determine solutions by liaising with involved parties and studying past cases.
- Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures.
- Report all basic inline investigations in real-time to relevant owners with full details.
- Respond to Lots on Hold, disposition lots in real-time, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by collaborating with Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to meet targets.
- Provide cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-fab support based on need and priority.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec (ITE) qualification
- Ability to follow strict procedures
- Basic computer skills (Excel, logs, reports)
- Strong awareness of workplace safety
- Knowledge of hazard identification
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO)
