Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving cash and trade business for assigned clients and new prospects.
- Apply a Consultative Sales approach to all client engagements, proactively positioning GTS capabilities based on clients' evolving business priorities.
- Develop and drive the sales pipeline by identifying new prospects, creating sales proposals, and leading pitches to win new business.
- Continuously engage trade finance clients regarding their utilization of DBS trade limits and revenue realization to sustain the Bank's franchise.
- Lead or participate in client journeys, driving digital engagement across the GTS franchise to support clients' digital agendas.
- Collaborate with internal business partners (Relationship Management, Product Management, COO) to design and implement GTS solutions that increase or defend wallet share.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of cash and trade business.
- Deep expertise in the Korea Market.
- University level Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management/Economics/Finance or Computer Science/related Digital 4.0 discipline.
- Strong GTS product knowledge in one or more areas (cash, open account trade, trade finance).
- Proven track record of sales and business development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform within a matrix organization and regional multi-country franchise.
