Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving cash and trade business for assigned clients and new prospects.

  • Lead or participate in client journeys, driving digital engagement across the GTS franchise to support clients' digital agendas.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners (Relationship Management, Product Management, COO) to design and implement GTS solutions that increase or defend wallet share.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge of cash and trade business.
  • Deep expertise in the Korea Market.
  • University level Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management/Economics/Finance or Computer Science/related Digital 4.0 discipline.
  • Strong GTS product knowledge in one or more areas (cash, open account trade, trade finance).
  • Proven track record of sales and business development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform within a matrix organization and regional multi-country franchise.
