Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of process engineers to drive process solutions for NAND technology nodes across various introduction and development stages.
- Set the technical strategy for future technology nodes and contribute to defining the overall roadmap.
- Engage with suppliers to develop necessary processes and equipment aligned with Micron’s technology roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with process development, process integration, and manufacturing development teams to deliver robust, manufacturable processes on schedule.
- Partner with the Manufacturing fab for effective technology transfer, pilot ramp, and ongoing development to achieve TECHNODE gate criteria.
- Lead worldwide alignment efforts with Procurement & Operations Central Teams to enhance area effectiveness.
- Maintain a safe working environment by proactively enforcing safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a CVD/Diffusion background.
- Demonstrated ability to lead successful projects and oversee a process engineering team.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the Semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Proven track record in problem-solving within a technical environment.
- Ability to instill and maintain a positive department culture aligned with company values.
