Key Responsibilities
- Own process modules involving regE process characterizations and advanced process developments for 3D NAND and beyond.
- Collaborate with global teams (Singapore, Boise, US) and vendors to develop regE processes meeting integration requirements for next-generation 3-D NAND nodes.
- Transfer regE processes to high volume manufacturing (Fab10) and drive continuous manufacturability improvements.
- Address specific wafer edge issues (e.g., bevel defects, uniformity) in partnership with the Fab10N team and business partners.
- Initiate and manage experiments to widen regE process margins and test next node manufacturability.
- Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into the early development phase of upcoming nodes.
- Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in relevant regE process developments.
- Familiarity with regE process developments and yield improvements.
- Understanding of integration and structural impacts/constraints related to wafer edge.
- Knowledge of general process steps and process flow for memory processing, particularly planar and vertical NAND.
- Working knowledge of data analysis systems such as Y3 for experimental data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE).
- Proven ability to collaborate with local and overseas teams on projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for concise conveyance in local and remote settings.
