Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to global expansion projects in existing and greenfield sites, prioritizing and managing numerous fab and corporate objectives.
- Lead Photo SWATs teams and Photo Technical Authority teams to drive best-in-class performance.
- Mentor and grow future TLP leaders in Photo engineering and applications.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams across multiple sites.
- Deep understanding of Photo manufacturing processes and roadmapping.
- Experience driving cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization in advanced manufacturing.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects involving global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with high-end lithography equipment (ASML, Canon, TEL).
- Strong strategic planning capabilities for capital expenditure (Capex) optimization.
- Experience in supplier management and technical negotiation.
