  • Mentor and grow future TLP leaders in Photo engineering and applications.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams across multiple sites.
  • Deep understanding of Photo manufacturing processes and roadmapping.
  • Experience driving cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization in advanced manufacturing.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects involving global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with high-end lithography equipment (ASML, Canon, TEL).
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities for capital expenditure (Capex) optimization.
  • Experience in supplier management and technical negotiation.
