• , and analytical needs are well‑defined, governed, and met Risk, Control & Governance Provide strong oversight of financial controls, processes, and systems across IBG finance activities Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations Transformation & Change Initiatives Identify risks, issues, benefits, and financial impacts associated with existing or proposed solutions Actively engage in finance and business transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, process re‑engineering, and data optimisation Collaborate cross‑functionally with Technology, Operations, Risk, Product, and other Finance teams to implement and test system and process changes Stakeholder Management Build strong working relationships with business, regional, and group stakeholders Provide clear, concise, and impactful communication of financial insights and recommendations Support ad‑hoc analysis and senior management requests as required Requirements Qualifications & Experience Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, or a related business Technical & Analytical Skills Strong financial analysis, modelling, and problem‑solving capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with financial models and management presentations Working knowledge of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g.
