Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics/Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Understanding of photolithography or bonding principles and semiconductor processes.
- Knowledge of data analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
