Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful 1st New Product Introduction (NPI) assembly process execution and smooth transfer to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).

  • Serve as a global leader in cross-team collaboration on Best Known Method (BKM), process recipe specification, and standardization.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to execute NPI processes successfully through HVM transfer.
  • Proficiency in process technical documentation including TRA, SPC, FMEA, and QCP.
  • Strong problem-solving methodology and statistical analysis skills for defect elimination.
  • Ability to develop process recipes and characterize processes against specifications.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration across NPI to HVM stages.
  • Dedication to achieving BIC yield and cost targets during product NPI.
