Key Responsibilities
- Administer documentation including Standard Operating Procedure, Risk Assessment, Energy Isolation Procedure, and Pre-Task-Plan.
- Troubleshoot system abnormalities and assist or lead system recovery.
- Supervise outsourced contract service providers to perform work activities according to the defined scope of work and system requirements.

- Support start-up testing and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Support and implement feasible SMART Facilities initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent related field (covering 90% of mechanical Engineering Diploma course) with minimum of 3 years experience in relevant mechanical field .
- Strong k nowledge of maintenance practices and procedure and installation work
- Experiences in hands on maintenance of mechanical system
- Make-up Air Unit (MAU); Vertical Laminar Flow fan (VLF); Recirculating Unit (RCU); Air Handling Unit (AHU); and Fan Coil Unit (FCU)
