Requirements

- Strong critical-thinking skills to analyze constraints and evaluate trade-offs for data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to align with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and organize work systematically to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Physically able to work inside a cleanroom environment, including wearing full cleanroom attire
- Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills from university or co-curricular activities
