Key Responsibilities
- Track STEL performance against Operating Performance Standards (OPS), Maintenance Performance Standards (MPS), KPIs, Life Cycle Costing (LCC), and other contractual indicators.
- Oversee and ensure the timely submission of service payment requests.
- Monitor STEL’s workplan, resource, and budget planning & control.
- Oversee and monitor reporting requirements per TEL Licence and Service Contract.
- Review and improve internal practices aligned with ISO 44001 fundamentals.
- Establish and maintain the Asset Management System, including strategy, objectives, and relevant plans.
- Track fulfillment of Asset Management requirements stipulated in the TEL Licence and Service Contract.
- Establish and maintain asset management procedures, policies, manuals, and documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholders on Asset Management matters such as Renewal, Replacement, Disposal, Obsolescence, and LCC.
