Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in consumables reagent new product introduction and technology transfers for Array and Sequencing products and processes.
  • Define, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes through design, development, and quality testing for scale-up.
  • Define and develop technical requirements and procedures necessary for manufacturing processes.
  • Construct and execute controlled experiments to address yield and quality issues, driving solutions through pilot and scale-up.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to product development, transfer, yield, quality, and throughput.
  • Support strategic process development programs, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Manage change controls, non-conformances, deviations, and root cause analyses according to cGMP requirements.
  • Present technical results and data regularly to collaborators, extended teams, and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in process or product development and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw logical, rational conclusions.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
