Key Responsibilities
- Participate in consumables reagent new product introduction and technology transfers for Array and Sequencing products and processes.
- Define, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes through design, development, and quality testing for scale-up.
- Define and develop technical requirements and procedures necessary for manufacturing processes.
- Construct and execute controlled experiments to address yield and quality issues, driving solutions through pilot and scale-up.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to product development, transfer, yield, quality, and throughput.
- Support strategic process development programs, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
- Manage change controls, non-conformances, deviations, and root cause analyses according to cGMP requirements.
- Present technical results and data regularly to collaborators, extended teams, and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in process or product development and project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical, rational conclusions.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
