Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall FE planning and accounting close process, guiding site finance teams globally on timelines, templates, and cross-network consistency expectations.
- Design and drive cross-network process improvement initiatives within the FE finance function.
- Partner with the FE Ops Central team to optimize FE manufacturing strategy through data-driven analysis to maximize shareholder value.
- Provide expert financial guidance and advice on FE finance topics to support corporate initiatives.
- Assess and present strategic initiatives alongside FE Central leadership, driving financial business decision-making that enhances shareholder value.
- Serve as the go-to expert for the FE finance team regarding any cross-network matters.
- Advise Corporate and Global Front-End Finance on integrating and streamlining processes for product costing, financial planning, and business reporting.
- Develop and lead team members through planning, training, mentoring, rewarding, promoting teamwork, and developing leadership within the Site Finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling, or related fields.
- Proven experience within the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, or other high-tech industries preferred).
- Senior-level financial operations experience in a memory manufacturing operation is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior management experience.
