Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement products and business models
  • Identify and support establishment of strategic partnerships with government bodies, industry associations, suppliers, and potential clients
  • Manage business development projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on market opportunities, business development activities, and project outcomes to senior management
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report and align with global Power Generation Team and Regional Sales Team while embedded in regional Sales Team

Requirements

  • Completed technical degree with focus on energy economics, mechanical or plant engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience within the power generation business (>3 years)
  • Several years of experience in creation of new business models and product management (>5 years)
  • Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in business target achievement, strategic development, and execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident demeanour and presentation competence
  • Excellent rhetorical skills
  • High level of analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel 20%
