Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical expert on Lam’s products, resolving all PECVD/ALD Type 1/2 escalations and acting as a Subject Matter Expert in specialist disciplines.
  • Partner with the account team to present problem statements, root causes (with data analysis), and proposed solutions to customers.
  • Represent customer and account team technical requirements to the factory, driving actions to resolve escalations and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with the Product Group Support team during PDR Alpha and Beta phases.
  • Mentor local account engineers and lead escalations, partnering with PM/BD/Sales as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR 3 years with a Master’s degree, OR PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer management skills with proven experience dealing with difficult work partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in an air-conditioned clean room environment.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective clothing, including air respirator equipment, clean room garments, and safety shoes.
  • Ability to perform shift and standby duties.
